Check out our pictures to get an idea of what a dessert bar could look like!

Each month the shoppe hosts a complimentary tasting for brides, grooms, family members and those working in the industry. Join us for an upcoming tasting - each month is a different theme - look out for pies in July - a decadent spread of lemon, cherry and blueberry pies.

Stop in on Friday and grab a scone or a couple petit fours to enjoy with your afternoon tea. Order Treats for an Eggstra Special Easter and Passover.

Every Easter I would wake up to a house filled with Easter eggs and GAME ON... it didn't matter that my sister was significantly younger than I, I was ready to compete in the hunt. I still am known to host a neighborhood Egg Hunt and it is just as fun as always. After the hunt I get together with family and friends for a fabulous Easter brunch or dinner. These are some of my favorite treats to serve and I hope they become yours.

Hot Dog!

Living the Sweet Life is more than just a bakery: We're a total sweet shoppe! We just received an order of retro candy for our candy bar, and the jars are now overflowing with all kinds of goodies. Some of the new arrivals include Hot Dog gum (remember those??? They're totally cute!), Good & Fruity (the name says it all), Candy Buttons (just pop 'em off the paper and eat), Candy Necklaces (all girls love these!), LemonHeads (a classic favorite), Pop Rocks (the ultimate fizzy sensation for your taste buds!) and adorable Haribo gummy frogs (that beg to leap into your mouth!). Some of these sweets are just too cute to eat, but we know that once you come in and grab a baggie full, you'll travel back to the days when you were a kid spilling all of your pennies on the candy counter to buy as many goodies as you could get! Who knew reminiscing could be so sweet?
